About the role
- This is a high-ownership role for a designer who loves making complex technology feel simple, human, and memorable.

- You're someone who can move fluidly from a big campaign idea to the smallest execution, whether that's a landing page, email, ad, or social post.
Responsibilities
- We care more about thoughtful problem-solving than following a rigid design process. We value strong creative judgment, exceptional craft, and designers who know when to simplify instead of add more.

- Work directly with the Head of Design and have meaningful influence over the evolution of the Wispr Flow brand.
- Own work from concept through launch and see your ideas shipped quickly without layers of approvals or unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Work alongside the Head of Design to shape and execute the creative direction for major product launches, translating complex product features into clear, compelling visual stories.
- Develop campaign concepts and scalable visual systems that create a cohesive experience across launch emails, landing pages, paid media, social, and every major marketing touchpoint.
- Design high-converting web pages and landing pages in collaboration with developers, balancing creativity, usability, technical feasibility, and conversion goals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, growth, developers, and creative partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing marketing campaigns for digital products or SaaS companies.
- Strong ability to simplify complex ideas through visual communication and storytelling.
- Strong creative judgment and exceptional visual taste, with the ability to know when to push an idea further and when simplicity is the better solution.

- Comfortable owning multiple projects in a fast-moving startup environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
