Responsibilities
- Perform thorough psychiatric assessments to establish a baseline, manage psychotropic medications, and deliver personalized, need-based care.
- Develop and adjust treatment plans, including medication management, based on patient progress and input from the interdisciplinary team.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions to provide direct care and support to partner organizations, ensuring accessibility and continuity of services.

Requirements
- Proficiency in psychiatric evaluations, psychotropic medication management, and evidence-based treatment planning.
Skills
- Community-Focused: Awareness of social determinants of health and access to resources to address holistic patient needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and other digital tools to enhance care delivery.
Compensation
- up to $84 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Location: Erie, PA Hours: Full-Time As a PMHNP with MindCare Solutions, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, value-based psychiatric care across a variety of clinical settings.
