Resource Innovations is seeking a highly driven and strategic Director of Business Development to lead growth efforts across the Northeast region.
We are looking for a candidate with established mid- to senior-level relationships across Northeast utilities, along with a strong track record of developing and closing complex deals within the energy sector.
Building on our expertise in energy efficiency, we're constantly expanding our portfolio of clean energy solutions to guide utilities through increasingly complex, connected challenges.
This includes assisting with product developments; product improvements; helping to build new tools; new program ideas; etc.

If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.
Must be located in the Northeastern United States This position requires approximately 50% regional travel across an assigned multi-state sales territory to visit utility customers and prospects.
8+ years of experience working with and selling to Electric and gas utilities required Degree from 4-year accredited college or university.

The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $155,000 - $175,000 plus commission.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
