About the role
- D emonstrate leadership by championing Lozier's Mission, Vision, and Values and living the Lozier Leadership Model.
- Supervisor should strive for 0 accidents.
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering to plan, organize, and justify cost for project implementation and preventive maintenance and demonstrate problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of industrial maintenance and tool & die in a manufacturing setting including welders, brake presses, roll formers, punch presses, paint lines, lasers, CNC equipment and dies.
- It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
- A college degree or equivalent training in a related area
Nice to have
- Demonstrated success in leading/managing a technical area, such as manufacturing engineering, Tool & Die or maintenance.
- 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Skills
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office Applications.
- General mechanical and electrical knowledge including troubleshooting and programmable controller knowledge.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of project planning database programs.
- Knowledge of standard budget processes.
- Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing practices.
- Use of MP2 to track machine components and labor cost related to equipment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Inventor
- Must be able to navigate throughout a manufacturing facility or warehouse 75% of the day.
- Must be flexible to cover for shifts other than the regularly assigned shift.

Compensation
- Additional $6000 annually, for second and third
