About the role
- Responsible for translating category growth strategies into actionable customer and channel plans.
- You will act as a category expert and strategic advisor to the customer, leveraging data, insights, and analytics to influence assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotion decisions.
- o Translate shopper, consumer, and marketplace insights into actionable recommendations
Responsibilities
- o Develop and execute category growth strategies at the customer level aligned to broader business objectives
- o Build trusted advisor relationships with retailer buyers and merchandising teams
- o Lead category reviews and be a crucial contributor to line reviews and joint business planning (JBP) discussions
- o Deliver fact-based sell-in stories that influence retailer decisions
- o Lead planogram development and optimization using data and analytics tools

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $119,400 to $179,000.
- Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
- Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
