About the role
- As Campaign Manager, you'll be the engine that powers Kyra's creator campaigns from start to finish.
- From briefing creators to reporting back to clients, you'll bring structure, energy, and problem-solving to every campaign you touch.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands
- Build trusted relationships with clients by delivering clear, proactive communication
- Source, brief, and manage creators throughout campaign lifecycles
- But everything in your application should reflect your own judgement and experience.
Requirements
- Must be able to work US hours (EST/CT/PST)
- Strong organisational prioritizations skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at speed
- Strong cultural competency and knowledge of trends for US market
Nice to have
- Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals
- Be the main point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams
- Anticipate client needs and ensure campaigns exceed expectations
- Ensure content meets brand guidelines, cultural nuance, and campaign objectives
- Track campaign performance using Kyra's proprietary platform and analytics tools
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns
- 3-4 yrs experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign/project management ideally working with beauty, fashion or life style brands.
- Negotiation experience w/ creators
