- Provide technical and functional application assistance.
- Troubleshoot software fixes and escalate more complex issues to software vendors.
- Assist in requirements gathering for Oracle migration project.
- Analyze systems and operations, to understand their strengths and weaknesses, to identify issues and/or opportunities for improvement and propose process, data, or systematic solutions.
- Engage in problem determination, workaround resolution and provide root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree is required with an emphasis on CIS desired.
- Enterprise applications skills with focus on regulated systems support required including familiarity with Oracle ERP and other financial systems preferred.
- Able to function in a fast paced, dynamic, global environment and be capable of balancing multiple priorities most of which are deadline driven.
