About the role
- We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who are passionate about snow sports and love helping others learn.
- Full Time and Part Time seasonal positions available.
- Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.
Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons through group, private, and seasonal programs
- In this role, instructors will deliver lessons to beginner, intermediate, and advanced guests of all ages in a safe, fun, and professional environment.
- Support Snow School operations: registration, lunch, and carpet zones
Requirements
- Skiing or riding experience (required)
- Actively pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent, required
- Must be at least 16 years old
- This position will be required to weekends and holidays.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be available on the following key dates: Dec.
Nice to have
- Certification a plus, but not mandatory
- Teaching experience preferred (in Snowsports or other fields)

- Strong social and verbal communication and customer service skills
Compensation
- $27k-$31k
