About the role

  • This position will be based in our Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Insight & Reporting: Lead the scoping and production of social listening reports, campaign performance analyses, and ad hoc analytics deliverables, translating data into compelling insights for clients.
  • Strategic Counsel: Partner with cross-discipline teams to service client research and analytics requests
  • design the strategic approach, lead the analysis, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Measurement Strategy: Develop and apply strategic measurement frameworks to guide ongoing performance assessment and optimization across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Evangelize smart data analytics internally and externally, manage complicated deadlines, nurture client relationships, and mentor junior analytics staff.
  • Innovation: Maintain deep knowledge of new and established analytics tools and platforms, and actively work to embed AI solutions to drive deeper analyses and insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant full-time experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, social listening, or campaign measurement.
  • 1+ years of experience managing one or more direct reports.
  • Experience analyzing paid, earned, owned, and influencer media strategies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated expertise in translating data and research into high-level strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration: A team player with the ability to work independently while bringing unique analytics skills to large, integrated client teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience engaging and collaborating with large, complex clients
  • federal government experience is a plus.

Skills

  • A strong interest in and understanding of emerging AI tools and their application to data analysis and insight generation.

Compensation

  • $86,000 USD - $100,000 USD
  • Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position
