About the role

This position will be based in our Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid schedule.
You are a natural-born data storyteller, driven by a passion for uncovering the "why" behind the numbers.
You see analytics not just as a reporting function, but as a strategic tool for creative and impactful communications.

Insight & Reporting: Lead the scoping and production of social listening reports, campaign performance analyses, and ad hoc analytics deliverables, translating data into compelling insights for clients.
Strategic Counsel: Partner with cross-discipline teams to service client research and analytics requests
design the strategic approach, lead the analysis, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
Measurement Strategy: Develop and apply strategic measurement frameworks to guide ongoing performance assessment and optimization across paid, earned, and owned channels.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Evangelize smart data analytics internally and externally, manage complicated deadlines, nurture client relationships, and mentor junior analytics staff.
Innovation: Maintain deep knowledge of new and established analytics tools and platforms, and actively work to embed AI solutions to drive deeper analyses and insights.

3+ years of relevant full-time experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, social listening, or campaign measurement.
1+ years of experience managing one or more direct reports.
Experience analyzing paid, earned, owned, and influencer media strategies.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated expertise in translating data and research into high-level strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaboration: A team player with the ability to work independently while bringing unique analytics skills to large, integrated client teams.

A strong interest in and understanding of emerging AI tools and their application to data analysis and insight generation.

$86,000 USD - $100,000 USD
