About the role
- Wilhelmsen Ships Service is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator in our Pasadena office.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for c orrect document flow, reporting and tracking
Requirements
- Ability to communicate on all levels
- Good knowledge of and experience within worldwide transportation methods and requirements
- Good knowledge of Dangerous G ood s transportation regulations in all transport modes
- In depth f amiliarity and knowledge of transportation rules and regulations
- Ability to work outside normal business working hours
- Good knowledge of products carried
- Mandatory requirements
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiatives
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Additional preferences
- Dangerous Good Certification
- Maritime experience
- Systematic, organized and accurate

Compensation
- depending on experience starting at $25.00 hourly.
