About the role
- Boston Dynamics is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to assist with our Corporate, Securities, Governance, and Compliance functions.
- This role will report to our Assistant General Counsel, and will be based in our Waltham, MA world headquarters.
- The base pay range for this position is between $155,000.00 to $215,000.00 annually.
Responsibilities
- Support financing matters and capital transactions, including managing due diligence processes and drafting related documentation.
- Organize and maintain all domestic and international corporate records.
- Support engagement with shareholders, including numerous parallel preparations and deliverables schedules.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law.
- Experience with incorporation / good standing / corporate compliance matters.
- Admission to practice law in the U.S.: If not currently admitted in MA, must be eligible for admission in Massachusetts.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state securities laws and regulations, and assist in preparing and reviewing required disclosures.
Compensation
- The base pay range for this position is between $155,000.00 to $215,000.00 annually.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of Board and Shareholder Materials, including quarterly materials and annual statements.
