About the role

Responsibilities
- Identifying prospects and building pipelines through outbound campaigns targeted at decision-makers in digital banking, wealth management, and brokerage operations.
- Identifying the most promising sub-verticals (e.g., credit unions, RIA platforms, digital brokerages) to help drive increased revenue opportunity.
- We're dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in pipeline development and/or sales (preferably at a SaaS or Fintech company).
- The ability to evangelize Plaid's value proposition in order to assess buying interest from traditional and modern financial institutions alike.
- The ability to thrive in a high customer volume, time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce.com or other CRM.
- a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
- Desire to get (more) technical and the ability to learn the ins and outs of Plaid's APIs (specifically our Investments, Auth, and Identity products).
- Leading high-level conversations with banking and wealth management stakeholders.
- Having a relentless mindset and unwillingness to quit.
- Experience working with customers and explaining technical products. Strong interest in the financial services industry, market trends, and technical products
- Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed.
