About the role

  • Content Development: Write persuasive, data-informed grant proposals, LOIs, and related communications.
  • Telling Our Story: Ensure all communications-especially grant submissions and correspondence-are clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong stewardship across all grant efforts.

Responsibilities

  • The Grant Manager will lead the full grant life-cycle, including research, proposal development, submission, reporting, and renewals.
  • The role aligns organizational priorities with strategic funding opportunities that support long-term ministry impact and growth.
  • Collaborate across teams and divisions to gather data, track deadlines, and align messaging.
  • Build and maintain relationships with funding partners, providing timely updates and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of grant opportunities, submissions, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate across teams and divisions to gather data, track deadlines, and align messaging.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of nonprofit grant writing or major donor communication experience.
  • Experience working on a communications and/or development team.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
