- In this role you will oversee the day-to-day operations of these hospital-based specialty practices and provide management, guidance, and direction to the hospitalist and intensivist programs and Hospital administration.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with patients and their families, (and or primary caregiver), as well as members of a multidisciplinary team, to ensure optimal patient outcomes and enhancement of the patient experience.
- Implements and manages policies and a budget, ensuring cost control and expenses are in alignment with the budget.
- Create and sustain a culture in the practice that reflects the Franciscan Mission and Values; creates an atmosphere that is conducive to and fosters motivation of coworkers.

- coordinate and evaluate all services provided, including care plan development, service level determination, and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives. Collaborate with Medical Directors to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of the Hospitalist and Intensivist program
