Responsibilities
- Monitor claims and litigation matters and maintain status and tracking of same in various databases, which include: Serengeti, iManage, and other identified tool i.e. PACER
- Assist with third party subpoenas and information requests including review, investigation, and timely production of responsive documents
- Support and build relationships between legal and other corporate departments, distribution centers, and stores
- Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully and maintain confidentiality
- Perform invoice review and assist in accounts payables processing
- Develop thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules

Requirements
- team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned
Nice to have
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Services or similar field of study preferred
- Paralegal certificate preferred

- Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, with the ability to meet and exceed position requirements under minimal direction and supervision
- Ability to operate professionally, effectively, and ethically as an individual contributor and member of a team
- Analytical, with strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skills
- Consistently operate with the highest level of discernment and confidentiality
- Provide superior customer service, demonstrating sound logic and judgment
