Responsibilities

  • Lead and support SEI's due diligence of targets and integration program across multiple mergers and acquisitions, orchestrating cross ‑ functional teams through integration planning, execution, value realization, and change management.
  • Serve as the face of the SEI integration team, staying current on evolving partner strategies, business priorities, and broader operational initiatives.
  • Manage multiple work streams including employee onboarding, negotiation of vendor contracts, assignment of interests and other operational matters necessary for successful integration.
  • Build strong partnerships with deal stakeholders to align on operating models, integration strategy, execution plans, progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Facilitate integration discovery sessions to understand current ‑ state operating models and partner ecosystems.
  • Develop and execute partner transition plans, including partner overlap analysis, contract reviews, partner onboarding and sunsetting, communications, and change management.
  • Define, implement, and communicate key performance indicators to measure integration impact on revenue, capacity, and partner experience.
  • Design and collaborate on executive ‑ level reporting and dashboards.
  • Support acquisition communications and enablement efforts to drive awareness, adoption, and action.
  • Foster authentic, trusted relationships with acquired companies and partners, supporting a thoughtful change management approach that enhances employee and partner experience.

Requirements

  • M&A / Integration Experience: Significant experience in M&A integration or related transformation initiatives, including strategy or operations or related consulting roles.
  • Program Management: Proven ability to plan and execute complex, cross ‑ functional initiatives
  • Data & Analytics: Experience with data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into business impact.

  • Professional experience and skills
  • strong influencing skills and comfort working under tight deadlines.
  • Business Operations: Background in operational functions such as partner programs, onboarding, growth, marketing, lead or deal registration, partner portals, and/ or co ‑ selling models.
  • Executive Communication: High EQ, low ego. Strong written and verbal communicator with the ability to engage senior leaders and manage complex or sensitive situations.
  • Influence & Change Leadership: Ability to build trusted relationships, creatively drive consensus, and act as a change ambassador across organizations.
  • Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to analyze, optimize, and implement improved processes in cross ‑ functional environments.
