About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and improve the end-to-end operational process including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery.
- Develop and implement workflows, operational standards, and tools to support growth.
- Partner with leadership to refine the sales-to-execution process so profitability and job costing are clear and actionable.
- Bring structure to planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision making.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and systems that support scaling and efficiency.
- Ability to organize and build operational frameworks and workflows.
- Big picture thinker who can create structure without slowing down a high-energy team.
- Nice-to-Haves: Background in landscape design/build and plant/softscape knowledge.

Compensation
- Base salary between $120,000-$135,000 depending on experience.
