Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to refine the sales-to-execution process so profitability and job costing are clear and actionable.
  • Bring structure to planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision making.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies and systems that support scaling and efficiency.
  • Ability to organize and build operational frameworks and workflows.
  • Big picture thinker who can create structure without slowing down a high-energy team.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Background in landscape design/build and plant/softscape knowledge.

Compensation

  • Base salary between $120,000-$135,000 depending on experience.
