About the role

  • As an Account Supervisor you are now responsible for working the day-to-day clients and running the agency team.
  • Welcome to your first foray of running and managing a team!
  • You are increasingly involved in the strategic direction of the brand, while mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Integration: Strong collaboration across departments and partner agencies, facilitating interdisciplinary project success.
  • Team Building: Managing their direct reports with empathy and ensuring team members across disciplines are well-informed and aligned.
  • Strategy: Provides accurate and timely product forecasts, manages quarterly reconciliations and billing
  • builds SOW with Supervisor
  • lead financial contact for client inquiries.
  • Client Growth: Develops and maintains contact with clients to ensure that the agency is aware of business opportunities and/or significant changes in client's business structure.
  • Actively develops presentations to sell recommendations to clients.
  • Strategy: Provides accurate and timely product forecasts, manages quarterly reconciliations and billing; builds SOW with Supervisor; lead financial contact for client inquiries.
  • Solid reputation, support with examples of; negotiating skills, talent development, and delivering growth by identifying and building business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management
  • Demonstrated financial responsibility and client management
  • Proven experience in managing multiple clients, a digital native who is comfortable building integrated campaigns and leading diverse teams
  • Broad range of experience across business categories
  • Solid reputation, support with examples of
  • negotiating skills, talent development, and delivering growth by identifying and building business opportunities.
