About the role

  • This position is responsible for assisting with coaching, training, and providing guidance to team members.
  • This position works from Magnolia Table in Waco, Texas.
  • It reports to the Assistant Kitchen Manager and has supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately place orders from the vendors Magnolia partners with
  • Maintain a positive employee climate regarding the importance of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize kitchen processes to Assistant Kitchen Manager
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

  • The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee operates in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
