About the role

  • Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

  • Responsible for directing the day to day outbound operations of the order processing department within the distribution center.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the operations managers and DC managers to maintain payroll figures, budgeting, productivity, etc.
  • Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations.

Requirements

  • Must be able to multitask and work well in a team environment
  • Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately
  • College degree or logistics certification
  • 2+ years previous experience in a supervisor role
  • O'Reilly Auto Parts has a proven track record of growth and stability.

Compensation

  • Competitive Wages & Paid Time Off
  • $58,080.00 - $87,120.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
  • Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances.
  • Work with the Operations and DC manager to establish annual goals and the plan to follow for accomplishing these goals.
