About the role
- We are seeking a strategic, AI, data-savvy, and execution-driven leader to serve as our Vice President, Strategic Finance.

- You will act as a primary architect of our financial strategy, ensuring our long-term growth is supported by robust planning and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Go-To-Market and Product leaders to develop sophisticated pricing models, unit economic analyses, and impact sizing for new strategic initiatives.
- Build and scale the Strategic Finance function, managing and mentoring a high-performing team and implementing scalable financial systems and dashboards.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools and automation across the Strategic Finance function, identifying opportunities to streamline reporting, forecasting, and analysis workflows and building a culture of continuous innovation within the team.
- You will collaborate closely with Accounting, Capital Markets, Go-To-Market (Sales & Marketing), Product, and Human Resources to drive company-wide alignment and performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing complex financial performance, KPI ownership, and facilitating decision frameworks for executive leadership.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to translate large datasets into compelling strategic narratives and business cases.
Compensation
- Lead company-wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, liquidity forecasting, and ongoing business performance reviews.
