About the role

The Associate Director, Social Media Strategy will be a leader in social media engagements, delivering high quality work across our portfolio of health and life sciences clients while facilitating the growth of the department.
You'll spearhead innovation by exploring new approaches and services to enhance the agency's offerings.
This is a role for a true T-shaped social media marketer who is well-versed in DTC/HCP social media while expressing an active interest in expanding skills across engagement strategy, omnichannel, data analytics, creative development and account management.

Inform and develop new approaches, ideas, and services to expand the agency's social media and strategy capabilities

In-depth knowledge of FDA and FTC regulations for social media in the biotech and pharma industries.
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or communications
Experience developing and presenting strategic social media plans across various channels, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest, with a strong understanding of both organic and paid content.

Skill with social monitoring and measurement tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

$125,000 - $140,000 USD
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
