High school diploma or equivalent required.
Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions required.
Licensure Current Pharmacy Technician license required prior to date of hire and maintained thereafter.
Other education required to obtain and/or maintain Pharmacy Technician licensure may be necessary.

Overview With the right medicine at the right time, patients have the opportunity to heal, recover, and thrive.
This is an outpatient position.
Receive prescription requests and accurately enter them into the computer database.
Prepare medications for dispensing following pharmacy protocols.
Communicate with referring physicians' offices to clarify prescription details or resolve questions.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock accordingly.
Profile prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
