About the role

  • This role provides leadership and guidance to Program Managers and project teams while driving continuous improvement in program execution, governance, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Leads multiple complex programs and projects to ensure successful execution within contractual requirements, budget constraints, quality standards, and schedule commitments, which involves:
  • o Developing and maintaining integrated program plans, schedules, resource requirements, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • o Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • o Developing standard methodologies, templates, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Supports business planning and strategic initiatives by:
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required.

Nice to have

  • Typically 10+ years of progressively responsible program management experience, including management of complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics, aerospace & defense, or related industries preferred.
  • PMP certification or equivalent program management certification is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large, complex programs and portfolios with significant business impact.
  • Strong understanding of program management principles, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and resource planning.
  • Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation, written communication, and executive reporting skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or technology environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Required Education and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.

  • ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
  • At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances.
  • An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
