Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly supervision consultation and collaborate with the Sr.
- Deliver evidence-based individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans; provide crisis intervention when needed.
- An interdisciplinary team that collaborates - you'll work alongside psychiatrists, APPs, therapists, and psychologists who are all invested in each other's success.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience.
- At least 1 year of experience supervising trainees (externs, interns, postdoctoral fellows, and/or master's-level clinicians).
- Flexibility in how you practice - your clinical track is shaped around your expertise, not the other way around.
Compensation
- $65k-$75k
