About the role
- Aviation Maintenance Technician GEU-BPC Hourly, full-time Keep Performance in the Air.
- Diagnose and repair systems: Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair aircraft systems, structures, and components, ensuring airworthiness and adherence to approved data.
Responsibilities
- You'll perform critical maintenance and inspection activities that ensure every aircraft meets our industry-leading safety and quality standards.
- In this hands-on role, you'll apply your technical skill and attention to detail to maintain aircraft reliability, minimize downtime, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Perform aircraft maintenance: Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on company and customer aircraft in accordance with maintenance manuals, company procedures, and FAA Part 145 Repair Station standards.
- Maintain safety and tool control: Use, control, and care for tools, equipment, and parts in accordance with calibration and tool control programs.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
- Support aircraft return-to-service: Assist with or perform component removal and installation, inspections, and torque verifications to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Collaborate and communicate: Work closely with leads, inspectors, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow and on-time aircraft delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement: Participate in ongoing training, skill development, and process improvement initiatives to support operational excellence.
- Assist with or perform component removal and installation, inspections, and torque verifications to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Work closely with leads, inspectors, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow and on-time aircraft delivery.
