Responsibilities

  • Help us build solutions that build better lives.

  • Implement technical feedback infrastructure that delivers real-time coaching metrics directly to sales representatives
  • Hire, train, and develop sales supervisors and managers to construct a scalable leadership pipeline
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technological scaling with department financial performance and budget allocations

  • Design the structural framework for determining what work is performed by human representatives versus automated agents
  • Coach automated agents and optimize their workflows to maximize conversion rates within a compressed sales cycle
  • Provide macro-level direction to cross-functional operations and sales enablement teams to optimize territory and pipeline systems

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Leadership, RevOps, or GTM Strategy with a proven track record operating within a fast sales cycle SaaS environment
  • Experience leading large teams of 50 or more, demonstrating an aptitude for managing substantial growth and fostering the professional development of sales teams
  • Proven experience driving team efficiency or output quality through the strategic use of AI tools and automation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to lead, hire, and train not only managers but also contribute strategically to the overall leadership development within the organization
  • Demonstrated capacity to serve as an operator and architect who builds technical workflows rather than simply managing traditional teams
  • Mastery of modern sales tech stacks, advanced CRM architectures, and automated funnel analysis platforms (i.e. Customer Relationship Management, Content Management Systems, Data Insight tools)
  • A rich portfolio of active, self-directed exploration showing either an exceptional breadth of cross-functional interests and profound depth of specialized mastery; alongside the personal resilience to learn from scratch, and successfully thrive in ambiguity
  • Exceptional business acumen with an intrinsic understanding of how technical funnel inputs impact downstream revenue outputs
  • High emotional intelligence coupled with a dedicated passion for human coaching, culture creation, and second-line leadership development
  • Deep systems thinking capability with a demonstrated history of successfully avoiding enterprise stagnation in favor of high-velocity growth dynamics

Compensation

  • This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $155,000-$190,000 OTE + Equity.
