- This team provides the operational efficiency that is central to our success in trading; they manage and optimize the logistics, mechanics and back office workflows that keep Virtu best-in-class.
- We look for motivated, detail-oriented candidates with a solid technical foundation and who have a drive toward process improvement.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL and Python
- The ability to communicate information precisely and with agility to parties both internal and external
- Highly motivated and tenacious individual, with a proven ability to take initiative and work independently and within a team environment
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred (Business, Finance, Economics, and Engineering academic backgrounds preferred)
Skills
- Outstanding quantitative problem‐solving skills
Compensation
- $125,000 - $140,000 (salary range is exclusive of bonuses, benefits or other categories of compensation)
