Responsibilities
- Develop removal defense strategies including Cancellation of Removal, Asylum, and Adjustment of Status.
- Develop innovative litigation strategies based on in-depth legal research.
- Collaborate with case managers and legal assistants to build strong cases.
- Maintain organized, timely, and compliant case records and deadlines.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in removal defense and bond representation.
- Based in New Jersey with the ability to appear in person for court, client meetings, ICE presentations in NJ, NY and PA.
