Our brand teaches people how to sell digital products and make money online, using AI to automate 80-90% of the heavy lifting.
We're currently serving and mentoring over 3,000 clients and our goal is to make an IMPACT on the lives of our clients, that's why the company is called Impact Clients.
You'll be joining a team directly realizing that vision.

What goes out on our socials is our reputation, so you need to treat Richard's reputation like your own.
Mentorship and skill-building that compounds over time.
The skills you build here - content strategy, trend analysis, understanding what makes content perform - are skills that carry into the future.
Many people find that the habits and mindset they build in a role like this show up in other areas of their life too.
This role is central to how we grow and present our brand online, and we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term, ongoing role with us - not a short-term side hustle.
You won't just be posting content - you'll be working alongside Richard's world-class team, seeing firsthand how a fast-growing brand builds its strategy, tests ideas, and scales online.

Requirements Based in the United States (required - no exceptions).
Very basic social media experience required - If you know how to use Instagram / Facebook / TikTok you have what it takes.
Working on weekends is NOT required, but you should be reachable in case of an urgent issue and have 5-10 minutes to fix it if needed (This only happens on very rare occassions, but better safe than sorry.) Highly reliable and trustworthy Looking for a long-term role.

Comfortable posting multiple times per day, every day, as a core part of the job.
