Monitor outstanding renewal documents and conduct timely follow-ups:
Proactively manage insurance renewals by running monthly expiration reports approximately 30 days prior to renewal dates.
For compliant policies, upload and maintain current Certificates of Insurance within the client's document management system.
Identify and document any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.

Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated ability to evaluate risk and make recommendations.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret insurance policies, PMLs.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a focus on Outlook, Excel and Word.

Perform strategic risk assessments to ensure project insurance coverage aligns with contractual requirements as outlined in client agreements.
Review received Certificates of Insurance to confirm compliance with required coverage.
Collaborate with insurance agents and management companies to resolve non-compliant coverage issues and ensure timely correction.
