Responsible for complex (tier 3) user support in BAU
Develop a detailed appreciation of an industry / Solution family and its business requirements and interfaces with the Operations community

Associates degree in a technical-related discipline with 7+ years of manufacturing or IT experience, OR
Bachelor's degree in technical related discipline with 5+ years of manufacturing or IT experience, OR
Master's degree in a technical related discipline with 3+ years of manufacturing or IT experience, OR
PhD in degree in technical related discipline, OR
In lieu of a degree, 9+ years of manufacturing or IT experience.
In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Experience in Manufacturing systems capability & processes
Experience in the development and deployment of next generation IIoT, Low Code/No Code and MES solutions into the manufacturing space
