Responsibilities

  • Our primary focuses include strategic problem solving, web and application development, agentic solutions and implementation, and ongoing support.
  • From architecture to standards to handoffs, the documentation is clear for the next person. • Quality by Instinct - Maintainability, security, performance, accessibility, and long-term support are non-negotiables.
  • The Technical Lead at The C2 Group serves as the senior technical advisor responsible for turning client strategy into a sound technical approach, clear documentation, and high-quality execution.
  • The Technical Lead leads complex technical problem solving and owns the most challenging development tasks, integrations, and technical decisions.
  • This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows, writing agents, and applying automation in ways that solve real client problems.

Requirements

  • This role requires the ability to attend in-person meetings in Grand Rapids as needed with a preference to candidates located in the Midwest.

Nice to have

  • 7-10+ years of software engineering, technical consulting,.NET development, web application development, or enterprise platform experience
  • Strong experience with.NET, C#, APIs, CMS platforms, integrations, architecture decisions, and complex technical problem solving
  • Experience creating technical documentation, quality standards, solution approaches, and implementation guidance for client-facing work
  • Optimizely CMS and/or Optimizely Commerce experience is strongly preferred
