About the role
- The Florida Panthers Foundation is looking for high-energy, motivated individuals to join our part-time staff for the 2026-27 season.
- In addition to raffle sales, staff will assist with a variety of Foundation events and activations throughout the year.
- The Florida Panthers enter their 33 rd season in 2026-27 as one of the National Hockey League's premier franchises.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the execution of Florida Panthers Foundation events and initiatives throughout the season, including event setup, guest services, and general operational support
- As a member of the Foundation team, staff will serve as a primary seller for the Foundation's 50/50 Raffle program and support the execution of Foundation events and initiatives throughout the season.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to provide own means of transportation
- Ability to interact positively with a large fan base
- Must be available for 70% of Florida Panthers home games
- Must be able to communicate clearly through talking and hearing at normal speaking levels
- Must be able to walk long distances, climb up/down arena stairs, and stand for extended periods to sell raffle tickets and assist with events
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested
- Strong sales and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact positively with a large fan base; comfortable approaching people and requesting donations in front of crowds
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule with availability to work 70% of Panthers home games, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Outgoing personality with a passion for raising money for the Florida Panthers Foundation
- Sales experience is a bonus but not required
- Prolonged standing and walking, including navigating long distances and climbing up/down arena stairs
- Balancing on narrow, slippery, or moving surfaces
- Kneeling, crouching, and bending as needed
Nice to have
- Prior experience handling credit card transaction devices preferred
