  • SUMMARY Triveni Bio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist to join our Biology and Translational Research team.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to shape the scientific biomarker strategy across multiple indications, advancing therapeutics that target novel disease pathways.

Responsibilities

  • COMPANY INTRODUCTION Triveni Bio is breaking new ground in the identification of novel disease targets - working at the convergence of human genetics, best-in-class antibody design, and precision medicine.
  • Our lead antibody program (TRIV-509) targets kallikreins 5 and 7 (KLK5/7) to directly impact skin barrier function, inflammation, and itch - providing a meaningful and much needed potential treatment option for patients with atopic dermatitis and other barrier disorders.
  • In this role, you will lead image-based biomarker analyses and drive the experimental design and execution of cell-based and ex vivo preclinical models.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in molecular biology or related a related discipline with 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.
  • Extensive, hands-on expertise in image analysis utilizing HALO.
  • Solid background in Immunology and Inflammation indications, with a strong preference for specific experience in atopic dermatitis.
  • Familiarity or expertise in mechanistic cell-based and cell-free assays to investigate type 2 immunity, including immune cells, mast cells, IgE biology, cytokine modulation, and other relevant pharmacodynamic readouts.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing Contract Research Organizations (CROs), external vendors, and academic collaborators.

Compensation

  • The posted range reflects the current reasonable and good faith estimate of the base salary for this full-time position.
