Responsibilities
- Navigate and utilize applicable Technical Orders (T.O.'s), manuals, and Navy/DoD technical publications to develop and validate maintenance processes.
- Translate engineering requirements and design intent into clear, executable instructions suitable for use by maintenance technicians.
- If so, our Defense Systems wants you to join our Team as a SCA Production Control Clerk and support a maintenance program with Northrop Grumman in Lake Charles, LA.
- Author, revise, and maintain detailed work instructions to support depot-level maintenance, repair, overhaul, and modification of U.S. Navy aircraft and associated components.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four years of experience working in a highly technical manufacturing/production work environment.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience authoring, modifying, and auditing work procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work in a team environment.
Nice to have
- Prior E-6B experience
- Experience performing major aircraft modifications
- Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Compensation
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
