About the role
- We're looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Media Operations team in Boston.
- This is a hands-on execution role - you'll be the operational engine behind every campaign we run, from the moment an IO is signed to the final delivery of assets to the client.
- You'll work closely with the Customer Success team throughout every campaign, serving as the execution arm that ensures what was promised to the client actually happens - on time, accurately, and without the CS team having to chase.
Responsibilities
- You'll also manage relationships with vendors, photographers, and internal stakeholders across multiple concurrent campaigns.
