Drive automation, system enhancements, and process improvements to improve efficiency and scalability.
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
Lead accounting operations across a portfolio of sports, entertainment, hospitality, media, and emerging business ventures.
Support new business initiatives, acquisitions, and growth opportunities by providing accounting and financial reporting guidance.
Establish scalable processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to support organizational growth.
Demonstrated success building scalable accounting processes and controls
Experience managing and developing accounting professionals

Oversee internal controls, risk management, and external audit activities (including NBA and WNBA), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Masters preferred
Minimum of 10+ years' progressive experience in public accounting and/or working in a Finance or Accounting department
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
Deep knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
Experience managing audits and multi-entity accounting environments
Background in sports and/or entertainment preferred

We are seeking a Head of Accounting to serve as the organization's senior accounting leader.
As a key member of the Finance leadership team, this role partners regularly with the CEO, CFO, and business leaders across the organization to provide strategic financial guidance, strengthen internal controls, and ensure the integrity of the company's financial operations.
This position reports directly to the SVP of Finance.
