About the role
- This leader is responsible for ensuring that client commitments are delivered successfully across engagements - on time, within scope, and with consistently high quality.
- Depending on candidate experience, this role may also oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure strong project management standards and execution discipline across the company.
- This role requires a leader who combines client relationship maturity, operational discipline, and strong delivery leadership within a professional services environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong delivery governance across projects and delivery teams
- Manage delivery escalations and ensure timely resolution of client delivery issues
- Partner with Client Services leadership to align client expectations with delivery capability
- Ensure delivery leaders maintain strong communication and trust with client stakeholders
- Ensure delivery teams maintain strong project oversight and execution discipline
- Develop and maintain project governance frameworks and best practices
- Support the development and coaching of project management talent
- We design, develop, and operationalize technology-enabled solutions through a high-performance services model built to elevate client experience and deliver measurable business value.
- We operate using a structured service delivery model designed to balance client relationships, delivery accountability, project execution, and production capacity management.
