Maintain general ledger
Contribute to the Company special projects and support ad hoc requests as assigned and support.

Prior experience with renewable energy industry or real estate accounting desired.
Ability to work effectively with different levels and functions of the organization as well as with external parties.
Ability to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to multitask and undertake complex tasks.
prepare and enter month end and other required journal entries.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Project-oriented with a goal to complete assignments on time.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited four-year college or university with at least 2 years of experience
CPA and public accounting experience is preferred.

Assist with completion of the quarterly and annual reporting requirements and financial covenants to various parties.
