About the role
- The Pre-Kitting Associate supports compounding and fulfillment operations by receiving, verifying, organizing, and pre-kitting materials ahead of production.
- This role ensures supplies are accurately received, staged, and prepared to support efficient and compliant pharmacy workflows.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organized receiving, staging, and kitting areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace

Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, receiving, production, or fulfillment environments
- Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Nice to have
- Experience in a pharmacy, compounding, or regulated environment
- Familiarity with inventory receiving and staging processes
- Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems
Compensation
- $18-$20 per hour
