About the role

  • The Pre-Kitting Associate supports compounding and fulfillment operations by receiving, verifying, organizing, and pre-kitting materials ahead of production.
  • This role ensures supplies are accurately received, staged, and prepared to support efficient and compliant pharmacy workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized receiving, staging, and kitting areas
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse, receiving, production, or fulfillment environments
  • Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods

Nice to have

  • Experience in a pharmacy, compounding, or regulated environment
  • Familiarity with inventory receiving and staging processes
  • Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems

Compensation

  • $18-$20 per hour
