About the role

  • This is a newly created role with people leadership that will reside in Global Finance Operations with deep collaboration across NAOU (Sales, Finance and Operations), Global IT, Digital Services and Data Governance teams.
  • This role ensures that critical business data is accurate, consistent and timely.

Responsibilities

  • The role is both strategic and operational, enabling the business to improve customer service, reduce revenue leakage, accelerate decision-making, and support growth through trusted enterprise data.
  • Influencing and Cross-functional alignment: Partner with customer OU business, Master Data Governance and IT to ensure master data capabilities support sales execution, supply chain planning, financial reporting, customer segmentation, and analytics.
  • Operational Leadership and COE management: Enable data governance execution, issue resolution, reporting, and continuous improvement in partnership with cross-functional partners (sales, finance, operations).
  • Process Excellence and Resolution: Standardize and optimize workflows for customer onboarding, product setup, pricing updates, account changes, vendor maintenance, territory alignment, and customer hierarchy management.
  • Partner with customer OU business, Master Data Governance and IT to ensure master data capabilities support sales execution, supply chain planning, financial reporting, customer segmentation, and analytics.
  • Set agenda for a new team that will drive a customer-centric focus on data architecture and experience, creating best-in-class customer execution of financial systems and outcomes for The Coca-Cola Company.

  • In addition, this leader must be agile, willing to take risks without compromising quality and speed of execution of key systems to enable customer Master Data success for our customer partners.

They bring strong executive presence, operational discipline, and the ability to translate data issues into business outcomes. Specific skills required:
  • Strategic vision to support enterprise data governance leadership
  • Cross-functional influence and change management
  • Data quality and operational controls
  • Systems and transformation capability
  • 10+ years of work experience in data and analytics, data standard and governance with a focus on the customer / cross-functional customer partners as the end benefactors of the data experience
