  • Drive the technical roadmap: Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM stakeholders to translate ambiguous business goals into a clear, phased engineering plan.
  • Mentor & lead: Provide technical leadership for (and - if you're up for it - manage) engineers across domains-pairing, reviewing, and unblocking as you go.
  • Being in-person enables real-time collaboration, fosters creative problem-solving, and strengthens the connections that drive innovation and impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software-engineering experience, including 3+ years leading critical projects or teams.
  • Proven track record of shipping high-impact, production-grade systems at scale.

Compensation

  • This a salaried position with a target range of 250,000 - $295,000 (depending on experience), equity package and comprehensive benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options).
