Responsibilities
- In this role, you will work as an early member of our manufacturing team to build wire harness assemblies and operate machinery.
- You will also work closely with other engineers and other technicians to design, develop, and iterate on the material process flow for the factory.
- Manufacturing electrical harness assemblies, including ability to correctly interpret schematics and build compliant electrical assemblies as well as demonstrated knowledge of basic electrical tests such as continuity and insulation resistance.
- Work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to understand their technology needs and build solutions accordingly
- Support ad-hoc projects to boost output and ensure harness builds are delivered quickly and efficiently.

Nice to have
- Experience working at an Aerospace and Defense company
- Experience reading electrical schematics
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems such as machines, automotivate vehicles, and electrical faults
Compensation
- Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
- Hourly Range: $18.00- $23.50

- High school diploma or equivalent certification and 1+ years in a manufacturing or customer service environment or an associates degree in engineering, math, or science
- Has worked in a fast paced environment such as construction, food services, or manufacturing
- Ability to review work instructions and multitask
- Has a team-oriented attitude and will take pride in their work
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (minimum of 8 hours).
- Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and work in confined or tight spaces.
