Fixins Soul Kitchen is seeking to hire a qualified expeditor.
The Fixins restaurant expeditor, often called an "expo," plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
This role is essential for maintaining the quality and efficiency of service in a restaurant, ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience.

Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and uphold sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Minimum of 3 months of experience in an upscale restaurant setting preferred.
Must have strong ability to communicate effectively with both kitchen and waitstaff.
Keen eye for detail to ensure dishes meet quality standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handler's Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification if required by law (Certifications differ per state)
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
