About the role

  • We are looking to hire a ServiceNow Development Engineer, who brings strong technical expertise, a mindset that embodies the unique Moderna Mindsets, and a passion for delivering the best digital experience to our employees.
  • Responsible for the development, core configuration, and technical expertise of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and PA.
  • Facilitate discovery of CI's and work with class owners to setup identification and reconciliation rules.

Responsibilities

  • You will help us deliver more value from our existing ServiceNow capabilities and help us grow the platform and digitize departments across Moderna.
  • Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Design, create, and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting of each (including Service Portal).
  • Develop system integrations using REST, SOAP, MID-servers, or other relevant technologies.
  • 6+ years of expertise developing on the ServiceNow platform in 2 or more capabilities (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and PA.).
  • Candidates must already hold work authorization in US and be able to maintain that status without the need for future sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Here's What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology or scientific field OR 5 years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through REST, SOAP, MID-servers, or other relevant technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience with HTML5, JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of ServiceNow scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes.
  • Experience with discovery and CMDB including an understanding of MID server architecture, probes and sensors, and CMDB identification and reconciliation.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $121,600.00 - $194,500.00(for positions that may be performed in California, the expected salary range is $151,125.00 - $173,875.00, which reflects the range permitted under California Labor Code requiremen
