About the role

  • Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Ecosystems, the NVIDIA Global Alliance Director will sit at the pinnacle of Hammerspace's technical and strategic expansion into the AI market through our Partnership with NVIDIA.
  • You will bridge both organizations-uniting sales, marketing, product and engineering teams to accelerate technology integration, demand generation, field execution, and joint revenue.
  • Our technology unifies unstructured data across diverse storage architectures, clouds, and geographies into a single Global Namespace, eliminating data gravity and the need for costly mass migrations.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will lead the execution of our joint business plans, focusing on the Hammerspace AI Data Platform solution, which aligns directly with the NVIDIA AI Data Platform reference design.
  • Drive co-sell pipeline development and joint software-defined infrastructure wins. ○
  • Deliver joint messaging, collateral, and training programs to both field organizations. ○
  • Collaborate with authorized Hammerspace channel partners to sell validated solutions. ○
  • Manage GTM initiatives built around the NVIDIA AI Data Platform reference design. ○
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills designed for technical and executive audiences.
  • Hammerspace is the high-performance AI Data Platform built to simplify and optimize distributed AI infrastructure at scale.

Requirements

  • Data-driven with strong project management abilities required to analyze, navigate & execute complex cross-functional initiatives. ●

Nice to have

  • Position Hammerspace as the preferred data platform within the NVIDIA AI ecosystem. ○

Skills

  • Coordinate roadmap alignment involving technologies like NVIDIA GPUDirect Storage (GDS). ○
  • 10+ years managing high-value hardware, software, or cloud ecosystem technology alliances. ●

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary range for this role is $210,000-245,000 / $300-350,000 OTE.
