About the role
- Flowserve is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our Operations Manufacturing Seals team in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
- This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global manufacturing organization while supporting key supply chain, procurement, inventory, and operational activities.

Responsibilities
- Support daily supply chain and operational activities within the manufacturing environment.
- Analyze supply chain data and develop reports to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with purchasing, planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within ERP and supply chain systems.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles.
- Required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team-oriented environment.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
