About the role

  • The Coverage and Coaching Team is responsible for delivering evidence-based therapy to patients with a variety of mental health and substance use needs across Compass locations.
  • This team is pivotal in helping patients get Access to Care as quickly as possible.
  • If you work effectively with patients in crisis, possess an excellent work ethic, feel passionate about patient care and have the ability to work collaboratively with others, you would be a great addition to our team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with patients in crisis
  • Experience working in a PHP/IOP, residential, or inpatient setting
  • Psychologist or Master's level clinician with 2+ years of clinical experience conducting individual therapy or family therapy
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Complete administrative documentation requirements for each role within the required timeframe (initial treatment plans/updates, discharges, attendance, research)

Compensation

  • $75,000 - $105,000 USD
