  • Organizational Responsibilities PMA is currently seeking a Senior Project Controls Scheduler for an exclusive assignment on-site at a client's facility in Detroit, Michigan.

  • Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex CPM schedules, including critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, delay analysis, and recovery planning.
  • Ability to lead schedule coordination meetings and communicate effectively with owners, contractors, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or another engineering discipline, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of project scheduling or project controls experience is required.
  • Expert-level experience with Oracle Primavera P6 is required.
  • Extensive experience supporting large commercial, industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or mission-critical construction projects is strongly preferred.
  • Experience reviewing contractor schedules and providing recommendations to project leadership.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated capability with applicable software programs required.
  • Applicable professional certifications (such as PSP or PMI-SP) are preferred.

Compensation

  • $123k-$142k
